    I'm giving Mona's a perfect 10. I called Mona's a day before Mardi Gras for an Eternal Elegance Wreath. I was surprised when someone answered because they were supposed to be closed. The lady that answered was very polite and did not rush me. She promised me my order will be ready and delivered Friday morning. The picture did no justice for the wreath. The wreath was BEAUTIFUL. Everyone was calling to tell me how beautiful it was. A couple of people sent me a picture of the wreath. All I can say is, "Thank You so much." If I ever need a flowers again, I know who to call. Thanks again.
