In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

First bad experience, I made two orders one delivered completely beautiful, second one I arrived at funeral & noticed the wrong color was delivered, I immediately call the florist; thinking maybe the delivery got mixed up, but no an colored error & it was too close to time of Funeral to do anything about. She informed me to call Monday, Monday I spoke with someone else who was aware of the problem, they “replied we’ll call you no later than tomorrow & discuss a discount. Ok good, no return call; now it Friday, So Icalls back, they only want to refund me 25%, is this my fault?? No, it’s not right , I should have been given a TOTAL REFUND, do to response of error same day notice & it was not my error. Customer service is a policy. So , me going back & forward to get 50% was wrong. Please set up a read over & confirm link with receipts to avoid future errors like this; families already grieving or someone special occasion is ruined. Thanks for taking me order & I must still say everyone had a pleasant attitude. My casket spread was from you also, the work & quality excellent. And yes I would still do business & recommend the company. The work speaks for itself.

They really saved the day for us - being out of state and getting the funeral details in less than 24 hours - I called with an almost impossible request and had called a florist before them who just said “no way” but these gals pulled it together and we heard rave reviews on how the wreath looked! Hire them! They care!!!

The staff was very pleasant to work with. They answered any questions I had and personally me being a visual person, they were able to pick out and show me a sample of flowers to give of how color scheme would looked. Thank you all for your help and providing such beautiful and colorful flowers. B Smith
