Because I am living in Europe I can't judge for my self if the arrangement I ordered was fresh and beautiful, right now, when I am writing this review, I have not spoken with my friend in N.O. as yet to ask her about it. What I can judge is the communication with Mona's Accents which has been very very good and also very good to receive a message that the order has been delivered, I have a suggestion which would even improve the service. If possible,. Send a picture from the real time bouquet that was delivered in the message that the order has been delivered so that the client knows how it really looks. But I can understand that that is maybe difficult and to much work.
