I’m in Canada and had flowers sent to my wife’s hotel in New Orleans before she arrived. The person from Mona’s called me and confirmed the details of the order and this made all the difference to me. Being so far away, once you make an online purchase you are at the mercy of whomever is on the other end. In this case everything was perfect. Great customer service and fantastic flowers delivered. Thank you to Mona’s Accents staff for a great experience. I know it’s just a simple bouquet but when I’m away from my love on our anniversary it means everything that care was taken.

Sent to my daughter for her Birthday, she was delighted and said the vase and flowers were beautiful! Also the delivery man was super, he contacted me when he was delivering since he could not get an answer at the door or my daughters phone. He was able to find a location to set the flowers where they would be protected!
