I am very pleased with Mona's Accents, especially the woman who helped me on the phone. Debbie is a cheerful and outgoing representative for Mona's. The situation that required flowers was delicate. The recipient was going to be in the hospital for an extended period of time, but all I knew at the time the order was placed was what floor/wing the flowers would go to. Debbie had everything under control and she assured me that the driver who delivered the flowers would be able to find the recipient and get the flowers there on time. A big thank you to Mona's Accents for their wonderful customer service. A rare commodity to find.
